2. Description of Service

Labelwise provides a web-based platform for creating FDA-compliant Supplement Facts panels. The Service includes label design tools, FDA validation features, AI assistance, and team collaboration capabilities.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their labels meet all applicable FDA requirements. We recommend consulting with a qualified regulatory professional before finalizing any labels for production.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Labelwise and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the labels and data you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

8. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

9. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labelwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Labelwise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
